Do you have any retail locations?

Currently not at this time, to eliminate extra costs associated with having
physical locations (insurance, staff, and rent), but we are considering the likelihood
of launching locations throughout the United States in the future.

Where is your company located?

LEIDO Apparel was founded in 2022 and is based in California. Our business is
an athleisure apparel e-commerce retail company. Veteran Owned & operated.

What is the processing time until I receive my order?

Our processing time is 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Additional
processing time may be required during peak seasons or launch periods. You will
receive a confirmation email that includes tracking details and the estimated
delivery date.

Do I have to pay customs, duties, taxes, and/or other fees?

LEIDO Apparel does not impose customs and duty fees. Customers are
responsible for all duties, taxes, and/or imported charges. We do not cover nor are
we responsible for any additional fees for the final delivery of the package(s) to your
destination or country. Please check with your country's customs office to
determine the additional costs before making any purchase.

My package was returned; Why?

Return to Sender can occur for several reasons. Examples: The wrong or
incomplete address. Unable to deliver due to severe or inclement weather. Unable
to deliver due to the obstruction of property. However, the mail delivery service is
the one that classifies what it deems as undeliverable. As a courtesy, we kindly
request that you verify all information before placing your order to ensure accuracy.
In cases such as this, orders that are "Returned to Sender" are then issued a refund
for the items purchased. We kindly request that you allow 10 business days for us to
process any returned packages once they are received. LEIDO Apparel cannot be
held reliable for orders that have incomplete, missing, or incorrect addresses.

Do you ship overseas?

No, not at the moment. We are working diligently to sell and ship our products
to our future customers overseas.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

My payment declined. What should I do?

If you experienced a declined payment via credit card, please ensure the details
of your credit card information are correct, such as cardholder name, expiration
date, security code on the back of your card, billing address, and possible
insufficient funds. If you continue to experience refusal, please try an alternative
form of payment, such as a different credit card, or contact your perspective
banking institution.

How secure is my payment information?

We value your security and take it very seriously. We do not process any of your
payment information ourselves. All payment-related issues on LEIDO Apparel
website are handled by PayPal and/or credit card companies.
